He is survived by: his parents, Dale Green and Kim McWilliams Green; his brothers, Andrew (Lindsey McWilliams) of Jeanette and Todd Green; his nephews, Dean, Brock and Jaxon; his niece Lily; and his grandmother Bette Polacek Green of New Eagle. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
