It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Schaum of Monongahela, Pennsylvania, born in Pricedale, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 6, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon W. Walters and Susan M. Rabatin Walters; her siblings, George "Jack", Vernon "Spank" Walters and Loretta "Tootsie" Malone; her son-in-law Bobby "Hunky" Day; and her former husband Charles G. Schaum.
She is survived by: her children, Michelle "Micki" Day of Monongahela and Chuck Schaum (Susie) of Robinson Township; her grandchildren, Stephani Hulec (Steve), Jacki Day, Chuck Schaum (Kimberly) and Chris Schaum; and her great grandchildren, Maximus, Nikolas, Rosalyn Hulec and Charlie Schaum.
