She is survived by: her parent Ava Barefoot; her children, Rudy Phillips (Scottie), Stacy Phillips (Patty), Brian Phillips (Tracey) and Trudy Wujcik; her niece Ava Diane Pandrock; her grandchildren, Frank Chacko, Jason Chacko, Staci Dury, Bobbi Jo Box, Kelly, David, Aaron, Ryan, Colby Phillips, Elisa Lenzi, Justin, Matthew and Tyler Wujcik; and her sisters, Jean Moore, Shirley Biggs and Janice Ricketts. She is also survived by great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren.
