He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald F. Hock-Forsythe and Nancy C. Hock-Forsythe (Hamilton). He is survived by: his daughters, Josie Hock of Monongahela, Megan Huffman (Chris) of Carroll Twp and Chelsey Fleming (Shawn) of Charleroi; his sister Vicky Rapp of Monongahela; his grandchildren, Axel, Roxas Willis, Lyric, Gunner and Malaya Fleming; his niece Cassy Rapp of Monongahela; his great-nephew Logan Rapp; and his pet Odin.
