She is survived by: her children, James J. Smarilli, Jr. (Kathleen) of Lancaster and Jean Mellinger of New Eagle; her grandchildren, Patrick O'Hern, Bryan Smarilli (Jaime), Robert Mellinger (Beth), Toni Boothe (Robert) and Carly Hunter (Tim); and her great grandchildren, Ella, Ford, Jacob, Jimmy, Johnny, Jordan, Reese and Brooke.
