He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Stevens and Martha Weaver Stevens; and his brothers, James and Jeffrey Stevens. He is survived by: his sons, Kaleb Stevens, Kyle Stevens and Jason O. Stevens II; his siblings, David Stevens (Sherri), Christopher Stevens, Mary Lou Baker (Jerry), Martha Rae Warren and Jennifer Mack (Ed); and his aunt Joan Connors. He is also survived by 5 Grandchildren and Several Nieces and Nephews and Great Nieces and Nephews.
