He is survived by: his parents, Joseph Sr and Mary Petrick Barkey, Sr.; his wife Ethel Repasky Barkey; his children, Terry Barkey (Pamela) of Coal Center, Karen Barkey (John Herron) of Gibsonia and James Barkey (Wendy) of Waynesville; his grandchildren, Adam, Brandon, Miranda, Tyler and Hailey Barkey; his great grandchild Jacob Barkey; his siblings, Charles Barkey (Patti) of Pleasant Hills, Mary Ann Barkey and Betty Jane Bova of Monongahela; and his sisters-in-law, Antoinette Barkey of Van Voorhis and Marjorie Barkey of Jacksonville.
