He was predeceased by: his son John Thomas; his sisters, Pat Charles and Barbara Cardinale; his brothers-in-law, Dwayne Charles and Joe Cardinale; and his niece Lee Ann Flament.
He is survived by: his spouse Betty Jane Crawford; his daughters, Barbara Manna (Steve), Phyllis Tietze (Jerry) and Frances Bosser (Lou); his grandchildren, Ashlee Theobald (Bill), Steven "Sammy" A. Manna, Jr. (Samantha), Daniel Manna, Patrick Manna, Allyson Bosser and Kylee Bosser; and his great grandchildren, Rylee, Brandon, Mia and Laila.
