He is survived by: his daughter Shannon Marie Kubina of Smock; his grandsons, Kevin Albert Torok, Jr. and Hunter George Schneider; and his brothers, Joseph Edward Kubina of Gary, IN, Robert Andrew Kubina (Marlene) of Fayette City and Michael Thomas Kubina (Sandi) of Terra Alta, WV.
