He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Leaver and Irene Baxter Leaver; his wife Donna Carole Goodlin Leaver; his stepson Joseph D. Pacolay; and his sister Wanda Haddad.
He is survived by: his son Michael Leaver of West Mifflin; and his sister Mabel Huffman of Monongahela. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
