It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George G. Marinkovich of Monongahela, Pennsylvania, born in New Eagle, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 6, 2024, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Marinkovich and Ann Yurkovich Marinkovich; his mother-in-law Kathleen Kennedy Lewis; and his brothers-in-law, Paul Rakosky and Phillip Michael Lewis.
He is survived by: his wife Maura Lewis Marinkovich; his children, Amy Coll of Monongahela, PA and George M Marinkovich (Kendra) of Ellsworth, PA; his grandchildren, John L Coll, IV, George A Marinkovich, Cecilia Coll and Carter Marinkovich; his sister Pamela Rakosky of Venetia, PA; and his aunts, Delores, Dolly and Diana Yurkovich.
In lieu of flowers, and in remembrance of George's life and love for music, the family asks that charitable donations be made to the Music for Mike Foundation.
