With heavy hearts, we announce the death of George Eckert Jr. of Monongahela, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 21, 2022 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George L. Eckert Sr. and Agnes Laughlin Eckert; and his wife Aldene Johnston Eckert. He is survived by: his sons, George I. Eckert (Nancy) and Alton B. Eckert (Bong Yo) of Apollo; his grandchildren, George P. Eckert, Leia Heritage (Samuel), Donna Tweedle, Sherry Witt (Keith) and Susan Eckert; his great grandchildren, Amelia, Eleanor, Edith Heritage, Emma, Grant Tweedle, Sylvia and Evelyn Witt; and his nieces, Leona Jeffries and Nola Elliott.
