She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Lewgood and Sophia Miyka Lewgood; her husband Albert "Bunky" Kornosky; and her siblings, Stanley, Tony Lewgood and Helen Ducar.
She is survived by: her daughters, Diane (Randy Brletich) of Donora and Cindy (Paul Weiss) of Carroll Township; her grandchildren, Deanna, Nathan Hrutkay of John Brletich, II, Sarah (Bryan Bell), Amanda and Alaina Weiss; her great grandchildren, Jaymie, Keegan, Kaden Hrutkay, Tyler, Micah Bell and Scott Cook; and her sister Eleanor Bozik of Monessen.
