She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Jurik; her son Thomas Jurik; her siblings, Joseph, Andrew, Laddie Papak, Helen Julak, Ann Zukowski and Margaret Law; and her nephew Terry Law.
She is survived by: her daughter Veronica Jurik of Monongahela. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and great great nieces and nephews.
