He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank F. Sutts and Anna Mae Sutts (Gerba); and his sisters, Elizabeth Johnson and Shirley Watsula. He is survived by: his wife JoAnne Sutts (Doty); his son-in-law Annarie (Gary Cartwright); his grandchildren, Alivia and Colton Cartwright; his brother Frank Sutts of Finleyville; and his sister-in-law Patty Radic of New Eagle. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
