It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Diane L. Dougherty of Monongahela, Pennsylvania, born in McKeesport, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 21, 2023, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert L. Dougherty and Lois Jean Dougherty (McKown). She is survived by: her close friend Arthur South; and her siblings, Robert L. Dougherty (Judy) of Belle Vernon, Paul Dougherty (Ruth) of Greenock, Linda Russum (Tom) of Forward Twp, Penny Edwards of South Huntingdon and JoAnn Wright (Will) of Herndon, VA. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
