She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Zippay and Dorothy Mrochek Zippay. She is survived by: her husband Jeffrey H. Matthews; her sons, Jarrod Matthews (Peyton) of Portvue and Eric Matthews (Cassie) of Hickory; her grandson Elias Matthews; and her siblings, Robert Zippay (Kim) of Cardale and Lisa Kerfonta (Al) of Perryopolis. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
