It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Kozar Sr. in Monongahela, Pennsylvania, born in Donora, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 22, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Kozar and Margaret Turtzer Kozar; his wife Joann Kay Kozar (Shick); and his brother Andrew Kozar. He is survived by: his children, Charles E. Kozar, Jr. (Marlo) of Monessen and Jean Ann Blair Painter (Danny) of Donora; his grandchildren, Matthew Blair (Cali), Nicholas Blair and Dale Kozar; his great grandchild Audrey Jane Blair; his brother Deacon Jerome Kozar (Patricia) of Texas; and his siblings-in-law, Janet Robson and Thomas Shick.
In order to be compliant with the new "norm" of Covid-19 restrictions, attendance will be limited to 25 people at any given time inside the funeral home.
