It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carmel Delattre (Monongahela, Pennsylvania), who passed away on September 11, 2018, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Eugene Julien DeLattre; and her siblings, Gloria Grant and John Ross. She is survived by: her parents, James Ross and Susan Revetta Ross Coulter; her daughter James DeLattre (Beverly) of Donora; her siblings, Donna Coulter Lengyel of Monongahela and James Ross of Charleroi; her stepbrother Jack Coulter of Monongahela; and also, Catherine DeLattre Vandermeer (Gerrit) of New York City, Robert "Boe" DeLattre of Colstrip and Martin DeLattre (Jeri) of Monongahela. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren.
