He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Hruby and Johanna Bazuch Hruby; his daughter-in-law Kenann Hruby; and his siblings, William, Robert, Paul, Edward, David, John, Sylvester, Alfred, Emil Hruby, Margaret Benczo, Velma Galiffa, Florence Huntoon and Mary Patik.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Schwenk Hruby; his children, Arthur F. Hruby, Jr. of Uniontown and Robin Renee Hruby of Pittsburgh; his grandchildren, Arta Faye Helms (J. Scott) and A. Scott Hruby (Natalie); his great grandchildren, Lucas, Logan, Lincoln, Leo Helms and Kenson Hruby; and his brother Raymond Hruby (Georgie) of Courtney. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
