With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Antoinette Cramer of Monongahela, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 25, 2024 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Angelo Ripepi and Catherine Ripepi (Quattrone); and her siblings, Anthony J. "Neno" Ripepi, Angelo Ripepi, Philip J. "Leo" Ripepi and Frances Pepka.
She is survived by: her husband Dr. Alan Thomas Cramer; and her sister Rose Moreschi (John). She is also survived by nephews, nieces, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, she asked that you make a donation to either St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or to the charity of your choice.
