She was predeceased by: her parents, David Johns and Ruth Johns (Jenkins); her husband Michael Kuvinka Jr.; her children, Dawn and David Kuvinka; and her brother William Johns.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Kuvinka III (Betty) of Woodbury, NJ, Laura Ann Kuvinka of Greensburg and Kathee Kuvinka of Pittsburgh; and her grandchildren, Michelle Daigle (Corey) of Charlotte, NC and Michael Kuvinka, IV of Jacksonville, NC. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
