She was predeceased by: her siblings, Michael Patchan (LaRue), Stephen Patchan, Peter Patchan (Elizabeth), John Patchan (Anna), Mary Patchan, Andrew Patchan Sr., Nicholas Patchan and Dorothy Freiburg (Ronald); and her niece Katherine Shamrock.
She is survived by: her husband Edward D. Dzurko; her son Edward S.; her daughter-in-law Christina Dzurko; her daughter Teresa Speicher; her son-in-law Peter Speicher; her son John Dzurko; her daughter-in-law Rhonda Dzurko; her grandchildren, Grace Dzurko, Owen Dzurko, Benjamin, Nathan, Matthew Speicher and Aiden Dzurko; her siblings-in-law, Mary Anne Patchan, Kathleen Patchan and Joseph Dzurko (Regina); and her father Michael Crookston. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
