He is survived by: his mother Peggy Poprosky Rattay; his stepfather Donald Rattay; his wife Kathy Diane Plavko Evans; his children, Stephen Molek (Adrian Hernandez) of Long Branch, Thomas Evans Jr. (Allyssa Grove) of Monessen, Jacob Evans of Brownsville, Ashley Selva (Eric) of Rostraver Twp and Marley Evans of Long Branch; his siblings, Trudy Speck (Ryan) of Monessen, Timothy Evans of Washington, PA, Terrence Evans (Michael Seftas) of Farmington and Tony Evans of Monessen; his grandchildren, Skyla Molek, Audrey Selva and Kathryn Selva; his father-in-law Bernard G. Plavko of Monessen; and his close friend Cairo. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
