He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kotch Jr. and Julia Kotch (Drabik). He is survived by: his wife Cynthia E. Kotch (Wisyanski); his children, Robert F. Kotch (Melissa) of Belle Vernon, Johanne Tebalt (Vincent) of Peters Twp and Kimberly Duda (Christopher) of Monessen; his grandchildren, Ashlyn Kotch, Sydney, Victoria Duda, Anthony and Alex Stone; and his siblings-in-law, Peggy Kotch, Alice Kotch, Clemmie Malec, Vince Wisyanski (Julie), Warner Wisyanski (Pat) and Greg Wisyanski (Fran). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
