She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Sinchak and Anna Sinchak (Hromy); her husband Joseph Feryok; and her siblings, Stephen, Stanley, Dr. Samuel Sinchak and Margaret Dzimiera.
She is survived by: her sons, J. Allen Feryok of Monessen, Richard Feryok of Mt. Pleasant and Jeffrey Feryok of Monessen; her sister Marian Monios of Altoona; and her nieces, Michele DeFrancisco, Clarie Hagan and Suzanne Rhodes Kuba. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
