She is survived by: her friends, Josh, Mandy, Hunter and Kelly; her caregivers, Patti, Courtney, Kelly and Stacy; her children, William S. Sapone (Susan) of Erie and Barbara A. "Sapone" Charley of Monessen; her grandchildren, Angela Sapone (Dan) and Bryant Sapone (Megan) of Erie; her great grandchildren, Chase and Annie Sapone; her sisters, Nida Sungala of Monessen and Valeria Crevier of Gurnie, IL; and her siblings-in-law, Vince Salotti of Pheonix, AZ and Carol Sepesky of Monessen.
