He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Leola Stover and Ralph Enos Nutt; his wife Patricia Brokaw Nutt; his son Richard Jerome Nutt; his siblings, James Nutt and Lois Matafka; his half-sister Ella Florence McBride; and his stepgrandson Jason Drake.
He is survived by: his children, Kathleen Umbel (Jeffrey) and Ronald Nutt (Barbara); his sister Karen Taylor (Thomas); his grandchildren, Virginia Dutra (Bill), Kimberly Thomas (Brett), Anthony Argirakis (Kelly) and Charmaine Sopcak (Joe); his great grandchildren, Mason, Liam Dutra, Rocco, Adia Argirakis, Shane and Alisyn Drake; his sisters-in-law, Arlene Nutt and Wanda Scaccia; and his daughter-in-law Karen Nutt. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
