He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Pushnack and Eva Bailey Pushnack; his wife Dorothy Sucevich Pushnack; and his siblings, John, Ted, George, Nicholas, Anna Andercheck and Mary Marek.
He is survived by: his children, Douglas Pushnack (Cheryl) of Ruffsdale and Darlene Pushnack; his grandson Chad (Julie) of Penn Township; his great grandchildren, Alex and Anna; and his sisters-in-law, Bertha Sucevich Krajac of Clairton and Connie Savarino Sucevich of Pleasant Hills. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
