She was predeceased by: her parents, George Johnson and Eleanor Johnson of Black Diamond, PA.; her husband Ed Mikula; her daughter Cathy; her siblings, George, Pauline, Edith and Ed's; and also, Betty, George, John and Ann.
She is survived by: her children, Mary, Ed, Jeff and Dave; her niece Sandy; her close friend Lois; and her grandchildren, Amanda, Aaron, Will, Cynthia, Sean, Craig (Amanda), Theo, Annabelle, Jace, Jacob and Annadea. She is also survived by four great grandchildren; and countless nephews and nieces.
