He is survived by: his wife Jackie Fafalios; his children, Eric Fafalios (Lauren), Nicole Heisler (Brandon) and Arlee Dulak (Austin); his siblings, John Fafalios, Maria Hess and Tina Sefchok; his nieces and nephews, Angela Baker (Shaun), Casey Sobolewski (Dan), Jeffrey Sefchok (Jessica), Nicholas Sefchok (Danielle) and Grant Hess (Christina); his aunt Freeda Kootsouradis; and his uncle Joe Fafalios. He is also survived by great nieces and nephews, cousins.
