He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred L. Spadafore and Ann Spadafore (Maranich); his former wife Donna Spadafore (Bellone); his parents-in-law, Betty and Robert Coccari; and his son-in-law Gene Bair.
He is survived by: his wife Diane M. Spadafore (Coccari); his daughters, Debra Sauritch (Brian) of Fayette City and Michele Bair of Monessen; his stepson James Biondi of Monessen; his grandsons, Robert Novakovich, Gene Bair and Anthony Biondi; his great grandchild Aiden Novakovich; his sisters, Nancy Moussiaux, Shirley Novakovich (Ronald) and Jean Matson (James); and his brothers-in-law, Kevin M. Coccari (Cindy) and Robert Coccari (Joni). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
