He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael and Helen Kuvinka Sr. (Trusa); and his children, Dawn Kuvinka and David Kuvinka. He is survived by: his wife Virginia R. Kuvinka (Johns); his children, Michael Kuvinka III (Betty) of Woodbury, NJ, Laura Ann Kuvinka of Greensburg and Kathee Kuvinka of Pittsburgh; his grandchildren, Michelle Daigle (Corey) and Michael Kuvinka, IV; and his sisters, Nancy Gray (Charlie) of Farmington Hills, MI, Susan Yankosky (Dennis) of Plymouth Meeting, PA and Kathie Basehore (Robert) of Columbus, OH. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
