She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles D. Mackey and Gustie Mackey (Annonio); and her grandchild Malachi-Anthony Henderson. She is survived by: her children, Vincent D. Tartt, Tracie Tartt, Eurainia Merritt-Foster and Seairia Henderson; and her grandchildren, Brittany, Garett, Marcus, Kianna, Matthew, Brandie, Selena, Kenneth and Neica.
