He was predeceased by: his parents, Manuel K. Monios and Lottie Monios (Sarbiewski); his brother Gust W. Monios (Marie); and his girlfriend Agnes Wagner. He is survived by: his children, Michele DeFrancisco (Lance) of Hollidaysburg, PA, Michael Monios and Marian Clevenstine (Meg) of Altoona, PA; his grandchildren, Carly Clevenstine Mazon (Dustin) of Glenwood Springs, CO, Dr. Daniel DeFrancisco (Frances Adachi) of Denver, CO, Nyssa Clevenstine Watkin (Tegid) of Sheffield, UK, Dr. David DeFrancisco (Nicole) of Denver, CO and Aaron Monios of West Newton; and his great grandchildren, Luca, Zosha DeFrancisco and Aneira Watkin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
