(Dale Hayes) of Jeannette, Robert T. (Terri Halinka), Daniel C. (Tammy Halinka) and William C. (Kelly Halinka); her grandchildren, Robert A. Halinka (Jacquie), Christopher Halinka (Dana), Rachel Griest (Ben), Jerry Jr. Griest (Lindsey), Travis Griest (Kristy), Timmy Halinka, Melissa Halinka (Christian), Hayley Henry (Tommy), Elizabeth Halinka (Keith), D. J. and Samantha Hayes; her sister Shirley Moyer of Nevada; and her pet Ruby. She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren.
At the family's request, face masks are to be worn in the funeral home.
