She was predeceased by: her parents, Cosmo Bonari and Adeline Bonari (Carcelli); her husband Charles Galvan; her son Danny Galvan; her grandchildren, Jeffrey Swoger and Jill Bane; and her siblings, Rosadele Carroll, Lawrence and George Bonari.
She is survived by: her children, Randy Galvan, Carole Swoger (Jack), Nancy Hnatko, Lisa Altenbaugh and Gina Galvan; her grandchildren, Jason, Justin, Jon Swoger, Frank, Lori Hnatko, Ryan (Marisa), Aaron Altenbaugh, Gianna Gilmore and Gayle Pidich; her great grandchildren, Breanna, Brandon (Alyssa), Kaylee, Karlee, Ciara, Terista, Jason, Mikayla, Mathew, Sophia, Ella, Vincent, Abraham, Henry, Lorenzo and Delanie; and her great great grandchildren, Arianna, Lilah, Lou and Amiliano.
