She is survived by: her husband Rodney Scales; her children, Donald Scales of Monessen and Melissa Rae Scales of Jeffersonville; her granddaughter Candace Rae Russell of Jeffersonville, IN; her great grandchild Jordyn Rae McRoy of Jeffersonville, IN; and her brother Terry L. Tomer (Ginny) of Wilmington, NC..
