She was predeceased by: her parents, John Turick and Mary Turick (Mihealsick); her husband Michael M. DeCurtis Jr.; her siblings, George, Charles, Michael, Andrew, John, Metro Turick, Mary Turick, Helen Sibley and Anna Rosnick; and her son-in-law John L. Swann.
She is survived by: her children, Michele Swann of Monessen, Jacqueline DeCurtis-Holder (Hugh) of Ft. Lauderdale, FL and Michael M. DeCurtis III (Terri) of Nottingham Twp; her grandsons, John Swann Jr. (Tracey) of Monessen and David Swann (Ali); and her great grandchild Tyler Swann. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
