He was predeceased by: his parents, Adolph Jannotta and Rebecca Jannotta (Manown); and his stepsister Marie Horan. He is survived by: his son Joshua Jannotta (Melaine) of Ashland, KY; his siblings, Joseph J. Jannotta (Gay) of Fallowfield Twp and Judy Sevon (Edward) of Clearwater, FL; and his grandson Gabriel Jannotta. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
