She is survived by: her children, Ashley Smith of Charleroi, Brandon Wergin of Monessen and Zack Conrad (Bre) of West Newton; her grandchildren, Mia Levandowsky, Xzavier James Wergin, Vaeyda Conrad and Zane Conrad; and her siblings, Roxane Wergin of Gainsville and James Russell Wergin of Monessen.
