He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack J. LaForte and Stacey Laforte-Demoss (Snyder). He is survived by: his wife Marlene LaForte (Troth); his children, Jennifer Cicchini (Jeff) and Jack B. LaForte of Monessen; his sisters, Sandra Visca and Kathy Madigan (Mike); and his half-sisters, Mary DeMoss-Lofton and Helen Stupnik. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
