With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Irlean Dragan of Monessen, Pennsylvania, born in Star Junction, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 14, 2022 at the age of 100. She was predeceased by: her parents, Matthew Hart and Henrietta Sandusky Hart; and her husband William Dragan (Bill). She is survived by: her daughter Billie; her son-in-law David Hollenbaugh of Mercer, PA; her sons, Dr. Brian (Anita Dragan) and Dr. Douglas (Andrea Dragan); and her sister Ethel Ruck of Chattanooga, TN.. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren.
