It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Helen Mandarino of Monessen, Pennsylvania, born in New Eagle, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 25, 2021, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde R. Hodgson and Helen Hodgson (Luethke); her husband Robert J. Mandarino Sr.; her son Gary A. "Gutch" Mandarino; and her sisters, Marjorie Dawson and Dolores Koch.
She is survived by: her close friends, Dick, Theresa Egidi, Joe and Juliette DeLuca; her sons, Robert J. Mandarino Jr. (Laurie) of Wexford, John A. Mandarino of Bridgeville and William A. Mandarino of Atlanta, GA; her granddaughter Kristina Mandarino Morgan (David) of Shaler; and her brother Richard Hodgson (Judy) of San Diego, CA. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Those attending the viewing and services are required to wear a face mask and social distance.
The family suggests memorials be made to Epiphany Church or Mon Valley EMS through the funeral home.
