He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Sickles (Fell); his daughter Heather Schultz; his grandchildren, Kylie Lusk, Colton Lusk and Chloe Lusk; his sister Beverly Staley (Ralph); and his sister-in-law Glenna Sickles. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
