He was predeceased by: his parents, James August and Eftihia August (Varles); and his wife Mafalda "Muffy" August (Mancini). He is survived by: his children, James August (Pam) of Du Bois, Anna Marie August of Morgantown, WV and Leanne August of Monessen; and his sister Anna Chicolis of Monessen. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
