She was predeceased by: her parents, Alex Opatkiewicz and Josephine Opatkiewicz (Krizan); and her sister Caroline Bernardo. She is survived by: her siblings, Alexa Pepper of Monongahela, Kathryn Bryan (James) of Coal Center, Dorothy Baccile (William) of Finleyville, Dolores Cubra of Glassport and John Opatkiewicz of Forward Twp; and her friend Timothy Lee Landy of Mt. Pleasant. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
