He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Yartin and Helen Yartin; his daughter Kelly Vavasori; his siblings, John, Charlie, Nick, Andy, Michael and Mary Kelemen; and his siblings-in-law, George Ursinyi, Dorothy and Ruth Yartin.
He is survived by: his wife Norma Jean Yartin (Allen); his children, Kathy Fowler (Jim) of Rostraver, George M. "Mickey" Yartin (Kimberly) of Monessen and Kim Hornak (Michael) of Monessen; his grandchildren, Amy Nash (Justin), Jimmy Fowler (Lorie), Jonathan Fowler (Ashley), Kristie Yartin (Fiancé), Noah Yartin, Nicholas Vavasori and Anthony Vavasori; his great grandchildren, Alex, Hannah Nash, Lauren Fowler and Elizabeth Fowler; his sister Helen Ursinyi of Monessen; and his son-in-law Ronald Vavasori of Monongahela. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
