He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Mazur and Stella Mazur (Polomackanich); and his siblings, Andrew, Frank, John, Pete, Paul, Steve, Michael Mazur, Ann Pohlot-Clark, Mary Mastracci, Elsie Dudas and Evelyn Mazur.
He is survived by: his sister Helen Wujcik (Joseph) of Monessen. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
