He was predeceased by: his parent Eugenio Gaudio; his sister Mary Gaudio Orris; and his great grandchild Jude Francis Marano. He is survived by: his parent Maria Gaudio (Moio); his children, Frank Gaudio (Kathleen Joyce), John Gaudio and Gloria Cilke (James); and his grandchildren, Marie Gaudio Marano (James), Brian, Sean Gaudio, Carl and Francine Cilke.
